Dr. Herbert F. Mitchell, Jr

Colonel, US Army, Retired, Ph.D, Applied Mathematics, Harvard University, and Chief Programmer on the Univac I. My Biography recounts my three careers: in the Army, in the computer industry, and as a volunteer missionary for nearly 35 years in my retirement. I have written of my life and travels with Mary Charlotte, of my children and grandchildren, and of many reunions of the Mitchell clan. Most importantly, I have written about how I have tried to serve the church of my Lord Jesus Christ.
